With foil tracks and a center fin box for upwind performance, while riding on the surface, this board will allow you to learn the wing handling and the balancing skills you need to sail back and forward while remaining upwind. You can then attach a foil and progress into flight mode, all on the same board.
At 7’3 and 155L, this board is very stable while incorporating our bottom cutout designs to allow for smooth takeoffs and landings.
We have also included front foot strap inserts for more control and dual handle variations for easy carrying options for either one or two people.
The Wing Drifter Flight is designed for use in a school and learning environment where durability and longevity are key factors. This board will serve clients, friends, and all family members for many years and provide anyone who hops onboard the easiest path to go from zero to hero in this amazing new sport.

By Far, the best board to learn Wing Foiling!
We run a foil school in northern Germany, and after a few years of struggling with other school boards, we decided to change to KT.
First and foremost, they have more than 30 years of experience building windsurf and surfboards in Maui, but most importantly, I believe that their foil production boards are made in Cobra, a prestigious board production factory in the world, whether other brands, chose to lower costs, making boards in new, unexperienced factories in China. With the other 2 brands, we had problems with boards delaminating, defective resin proportion in boards, or excessive weight without endurance. The Drifter Flight so far has been great.
Also, the shape of the board, with a bit narrower outline compared to other school boards, helps the beginners to stay upwind, gaining precious time on top of the board, instead of walking, swimming, or getting towed back up upwind. The middle fin will help to steer the board in non-gliding situations.
I strongly recommend this board for schools, but also for riders who would like to get on the water with a wing in less than 8 knots and cruise around without foiling.
