Description.

Our team has completely redesigned the new Crusher 5 with the highest performance surfing in mind.

The Crusher has become our benchmark in “performance shortboard” surfing. Tested and refined by Keith and KT Surfing team as a board to excel in a wide range of conditions and work especially well when channeling speed into maneuvers. This board has become a reliable asset to our team’s contest quivers and a go-to for surfers looking to progress their speed, power, and flow in average to excellent conditions.

A progressive outline with a pulled in nose and just the right amount of nose flip combined with an extremely fast rocker and single concave mean that speed is always on tap. Adjustments to the foil and volume flow make transitions rail to rail faster and more engaged.

Designed for anywhere where the waves are pumping, that combination of high outline curve with the lift and roll from the single concave combined with our fastest performance rocker yet means your best surfing has never been so easy.

Grom Stock Sizes are available.

Shape.

The Crusher’s outline has a medium narrow nose with a small hip in the tail, allowing for a quicker transition into your next move of the tail. This board likes to be ridden off the tail but allows some front foot to push off the bottom and when initiating top turns. An excellent combination of outline and rocker curve with a rail shape to support the highest level of surfing. Yet still forgiving enough to bring your surfing to the next level.

I live in N. Kohala and this is the only board I ride, from 2-3\' windswell slop to 10\' bombs, it\'s great. Truthfully, it excels more in large powerful surf than small weak surf. I can\'t believe how easily it strokes into triple overhead surf. I weigh 165 Lbs. and have the 6\'4. After 3 years of heavy abuse, it\'s still going strong. The eps foam doesn\'t suck up water when you get dings, which is nice where I surf since there\'s nothing but rocks. I was skeptical of getting an epoxy board because every one I\'ve tried was so stiff, it was impossible to ride, especially in rough conditions, but this is the PERFECT flex, so easy to ride.
